Hoëveld Radiators is located in Middelburg, which is central to all the major coal mining, earthmoving, and transport industries in Mpumalanga. Being based in Middelburg affords us the opportunity to render a 24-hour breakdown service, utilizing a qualified mechanic in our service vehicle, to all our locally based clients within a 2-hour radius.

We supply and repair radiators, air valves, brake and clutch, trailers spares. We supply Low-bed and Heavy-duty transportation services, and we do trailer rebuilding as well as refurbishing heavy-duty machines. Hoëveld Radiators was founded in September of 1996 as a two man operation which has grown from strength to strength due to the unrivalled customer dedication, hard work and quality assurance of our employees. We currently employ thirty-five permanent staff and are ever expanding. Our motto has always been to do whatever it takes to keep our customers on the road and moving, which if you work in the transport business, is very important indeed! It has worked so well in the past that we can now include Diesel Power, Fraser Alexander, Babcock Equipment and Bell Equipment amongst others to our expanding client list. We believe in rewarding good customer-supplier relations by affording our reliable customers with below average item and service prices with additional settlement discount which is re-evaluated quarterly. We also believe in supporting the “little guy” and supply as well as support many small and micro size companies in our area.

Services

Radiator Division

Repair, sale and manufacture of all radiators, oil and inter coolers, heat exchangers, retarders, tanks and affiliated parts and accessories.

Air Valves

We stock a full range of new air valves in a wide variety of supplier makes. Air installations on site and repairs in our workshop are also done. Air kits and accompanying fittings are also available. Boosters, calliper kits, nylon tubing in various sizes with fittings, compressioners and test fittings are also part of our product range.

Brake and Clutch

We supply everything from new brake drums to a wide range of brake linings in all over sizes to new clutch kits, pressure plates and flywheels. We cut flywheels and drums down to size and do relining of all brake shoes. We also stock brake pads and discs on the heavy duty vehicles including the popular Actros range and new and reconditioned brake callipers. Components such as rivets and facings also available.

Trailer Spares

Line Connectors, airbags, hubs, seals, globes, light brackets, spring packs, wheel spanners, inserts and a whole lot more are available to you as our valued client. Parts are also available for BPW specifications and we also offer the service of re-piping trailers in our workshop yard which includes all necessary replacements such as pipe, valves etc.

TRAILER REBUILD AND MACHINE REFURBISHING

Due to an overwhelming response from our clients, we are now re-builders of trailers and refurbishing of all heavy-duty machines. From complete re-spraying to boiler making, stainless steel and aluminium welding, repairing of buckets; we do it all to ensure that when you collect your vehicle it looks almost as good as the day you bought it! We are also in the process of importing tips and adaptors for buckets at very competitive prices.
